Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure for Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, parents, and support staff
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and create effective treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders
• Organizational and time management skills to balance caseload in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records to track progress and comply with regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student learning goals
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Support positive communication strategies throughout the school community
