Responsibilities

• Architectural drafting using AutoCAD AND Revit to create layouts for primarily retail spaces.
• Will eventually look to have this candidate manage projects for clients.
• Put together construction documentation for builders/contractors.
• Needs to be proficient in Revit and know some AutoCAD

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture
• Experience in drafting, architectural design, and construction documentation
• Familiarity with project management and construction administration

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cleveland,OH.
