Hybrid Position This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office. What We’re Looking For SHAZAM is looking for an EFTI Professional Services Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of requests received from financial institutions (FIs), Data Processors (DPCs), or other customers for new or additional services provided by SHAZAM. What You’ll Do Responsible for delivery of assigned projects on time, and with high quality; driving project teams towards delivery dates and milestones. Assist with coordinating calls, taking meeting notes, and providing status updates to the project manager on assigned tasks. Ensure assigned tasks for each project are completed on time, processes and procedures are followed, and all deliverables are met. Coordinate problem resolution by fielding inquiries and assisting with research on live date under the direction of a project manager. Must have the ability to understand technical issues and raise concerns to the project manager and department manager, engaging the appropriate resources to drive resolution. Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and departmental procedures including, but not limited to, providing internal documentation and updating multiple databases. What You Need Experience in project coordination is required; banking experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to track tasks, define the need for and use of resources, plan/use resources to keep on schedule, attention to detail, and effective follow-up skills. The ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment, quickly adapting to change and prioritizing needs.
