Job Summary
Seeking a Materials Analyst with experience in materials planning, inventory management, ERP/MRP systems, and demand forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze material requirements and inventory levels to support production schedules.
- Monitor shortages, excess inventory, material availability, and supply risks.
- Support inventory cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare reports on inventory trends, shortages, forecasts, and material performance.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Operations, Warehouse, and suppliers.
- Support continuous improvement of materials planning and inventory processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 2 5 years of materials planning, inventory, or supply chain experience.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
