Medical Secretary III - BLS Required

To support a patient care area, the full-time Medical Secretary III - BLS Required will perform advanced secretarial duties, including transcribing medical documents, maintaining physician schedules, and scheduling patient appointments, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Transcribes medical documents and manages electronic medical record requisitions Maintains physician's daily appointment schedule and coordinates meetings and travel arrangements Acts as a liaison between patients, physicians, and staff, addressing patient inquiries and assisting during peak times Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent certification Basic Life Support certification from an approved provider, to be obtained within one month of hire Three years of experience in a medical office setting
