- Perform detailed concrete quantity takeoffs including foundations, footings, slabs, walls, and related site work
- Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
- Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyze labor, equipment, material, and production costs
- Assist with contract reviews, scope verification, and pre-construction planning
- Support project handoffs to operations and field teams
What We're Looking For:
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Experience with concrete estimating, construction estimating, or related construction management preferred
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Why Fox Cities Builders?

- Retirement savings opportunities
- Career growth and advancement potential
- Collaborative, team-focused culture
- Award-Winning Workplace Recognized as a 2026 Top Workplace Award Winner in both Northeast Wisconsin and the Construction Industry.
Why This Role Matters:
