Epicor Financial Consultant

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Epicor ERP financial and accounting systems implementation.

• Proficiency in Epicor cost accounting, general ledger, and multi-entity financial consolidations.

• Experience with integrating Power BI with Epicor data models for advanced financial analytics.

• Experience in multi-entity manufacturing business processes and ERP environment standardization.

• Experience with on-premises to cloud ERP migration and system consolidation strategies.

• Experience in building custom Epicor financial reports, dashboards, and automated accounting workflows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current-state Epicor implementations across multiple entities to eliminate manual system workarounds.

• Configure and enhance underutilized Epicor modules, focusing heavily on cost accounting functionality.

• Build advanced financial reporting frameworks connecting Epicor databases directly with Power BI.

• Standardize financial workflows, charts of accounts, and month-end close procedures across server instances.

• Architect multi-entity consolidation workflows to streamline the integration of newly acquired business units.

• Establish a scalable system framework to prepare existing on-premises environments for cloud migration.

• Partner with accounting and finance leadership to translate complex reporting requirements into technical solutions.
