Machine Operator Opportunity
Twin City Staffing is hiring a machine operator for a well-established manufacturing company in the Fridley, MN area. This opportunity is perfect for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and want long-term growth.
Job type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Fridley, MN
Pay: $20.00 $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday | 3 PM 2 AM

Duties of the machine operator position:
- Set up and operate machines according to work instructions
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and job orders
- Load materials and accurately position parts
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production and quality documentation
Requirements of the machine operator position:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs to shoulder height
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience using hand and power tools
