Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study required. Work Experience 5+ years of experience in personalization, email marketing, loyalty, app or payment marketing, web design, project management or production management Experience managing multiple web and design projects and vendor partners. Prior Omnichannel experience preferred. Skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external Analytical, with strong problem‑solving abilities and creative resolution skills Self‑motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast‑paced environment Strategic thinker Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive digital personalization strategy across web, mobile, and app platforms. Own the strategy and execution of personalized product recommendations across key eCommerce surfaces (e.g., homepage, PDPs, cart, checkout, post-purchase). Partner with data science, UX, and engineering teams to implement real-time personalization using customer data, browsing behavior, and purchase history. Own the push notification program, including audience segmentation, message design, timing optimization, and performance analysis. Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to align personalization efforts with broader campaign goals and lifecycle strategies. Monitor and analyze personalization and push performance metrics to continuously improve relevance, engagement, and ROI. Stay current with personalization technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Document personalization and design processes, and deliverables. Develop a thorough understanding of the Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rules. Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Attendance Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties. Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior. Regular attendance required.
