**Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.- Preferably 3-5 years of accounting experience; healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in financial analysis with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently resolve issues and improve processes.
- Strong competency in computer skills, including specialized accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with not-for-profit accounting and tax return preparation is advantageous.
