  • Manage a designated caseload, developing rapport with clients through creativity and empathy while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes and treatment plan updates.

  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring a tailored approach based on each client's unique situation.

  • Engage in regular individual supervision and participate in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on working with youth and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will play an instrumental role in guiding these young clients through difficult life transitions and enhancing their coping strategies.   • A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
