Registered Nurse Rapid Response

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse Rapid Response to provide expert, immediate bedside intervention for deteriorating patients across hospital units. The RN will assess and stabilize patients, initiate critical care protocols, collaborate with physicians and code teams, and support staff with education and de-escalation. This role uses advanced monitoring and technology, documents accurately, and promotes patient safety and quality outcomes. The nurse also participates in performance improvement initiatives and mentors unit nurses to strengthen early recognition and rapid response practices system-wide.
