About the Position

Job Title: RN Stepdown PCU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience, Minimum 2 years of specialty experience License: Active RN License required, Temporary license will not be accepted Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: 2+ years of hospital experience 2+ years of specialty experience Description: This is a travel position for an RN in the Stepdown PCU. The shift will be from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. NIH certification is also required. Experience with Meditech is preferred. PCU/Stepdown experience is essential. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Clean and healthy nails are required with no artificial nails. Hair must be neat and pulled back if shoulder length or longer. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Candidates are expected to float as needed based on operational demands. Attendance policies must be adhered to.
