We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The Dental Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for providing excellent customer service, and managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a courteous and welcoming manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients
• Verify insurance information and process insurance claims
• Collect payments and manage patient billing
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
• Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to optimize patient flow
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the dental team

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role, a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
