Location: Franklin, Tennessee

Start Date: 08/24/2026

End Date: 11/20/2026

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm; possible Saturdays (TBD)

Hours/Week: 40 hours guaranteed

Employment Type: Temporary Contract

Licenses/Certs: Tennessee RN license or Compact State license; BLS and ACLS certifications required

Experience: At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical care
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and dialysis best practices
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment to enhance patient experience

What You Need

Required:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis
• Proficiency in all vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work independently and assess patient needs effectively

Preferred:

• Experience working in fast-paced acute care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
