Location: Canton, OH 44708
Job Type: Contract – [No Additional Benefits]
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
3 × 12-Hour Shifts
- Friday: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
4 × 10-Hour Shifts
- Friday–Monday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Local: $55–$60/hour, based on experience
- Traveler: $2,200–$2,300/week, based on experience
- ARRT(MR) certification required and must be in hand.
- AHA BLS certification required and must be in hand at the time of submittal.
- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience in an acute-care imaging setting required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited institution meeting the primary pathway requirements of the ARRT.
- Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients safely and appropriately for MRI procedures.
- Operate MRI equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
- Conduct thorough MRI safety screening, including assessment of implants, medical devices, and other contraindications.
- Review patient history and relevant clinical information before procedures.
- Explain MRI procedures to patients and provide appropriate instructions.
- Maintain patient safety and follow established imaging and MRI safety protocols.
