Role: Product Owner/Manager Location: Bonn, Frankfurt and Munich, Germany Type of Employment: Full-Time Place of Work: Remote Experience required: More than 12 Years Mandatory: Automobile/Automotive Industry Experience Language Dependency: Must be fluent with German language at least C1 Level. Job Description: The Product Owner is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role acts as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and the development team. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and work closely with Product Owner (Client business team) Ensure alignment with business goals, market needs, and user insights. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback synthesis. Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria. Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback and business value. Ensure development work aligns with product priorities and deadlines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams. Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints. Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication along with Product Owner (Client business). Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable work items. Provide timely updates and manage expectations. Execution & Delivery Ensure solutions meet customer needs and quality standards. Validate features through testing, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Track product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business, technology, or related field. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs. German Language skills (C1 preferred) Preferred Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent. Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. Background in UX/UI principles or software development.
