Overview Wildlife Biologist II job at Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. Warm Springs, OR. Stationed either at Warm Springs or Pine Creek (Clarno), the Biologist will work on the 34,000-acre Pine Creek Conservation Area. Responsibilities Duties include performing habitat monitoring, herbicide applications, habitat restoration project management, writing reports, assisting in writing management plans and grants, flora and fauna inventory, GIS data collection, and supporting the Conservation Area Project Leader on management activities on the property. Must be comfortable working alone in extremely remote desert wilderness. Must be able to withstand long periods of working in temperatures in excess of 100 degrees, hiking long distances in steep terrain, operating ATV/UTVs, and performing strenuous duties such as heavy lifting. Requirements Requires Bachelors of Science in wildlife biology, botany, natural resources, or related field, valid driver\'s license, and three years professional experience related to position.
