Benefits Life Events Case Manager

AEP

AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Benefits Life Events Specialist to support employees and families through life events affecting benefits. You will handle complex cases, maintain accurate records, and provide informed guidance on plan options and deadlines.

The role requires a degree in HR or business, 4+ years of benefits administration, and strong communication skills. You will work with HR, payroll, vendors, and administrators to ensure coverage continuity in a sedentary role.
