As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Union Lake, MI. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Job Description / Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. Preferred: Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales, Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Problem Solving, Prospecting, Retail Lending, Selling, Understanding Customer Needs. Background checks required as per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Education and Certifications No degree required for certification(s).
