Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves operating cleaning and restoration equipment, assessing job sites, communicating with customers, and completing services efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet, tile, upholstery, and floor cleaning services
- Respond to water damage, flood, and restoration jobs
- Set up and operate cleaning and extraction equipment
- Inspect job sites and determine appropriate cleaning/restoration methods
- Move and protect furniture and customer belongings
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Document work completed and communicate with customers clearly
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Participate in on-call emergency restoration rotations when needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, or related fields preferred but not required
- IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
