Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves operating cleaning and restoration equipment, assessing job sites, communicating with customers, and completing services efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Perform carpet, tile, upholstery, and floor cleaning services
Respond to water damage, flood, and restoration jobs
Set up and operate cleaning and extraction equipment
Inspect job sites and determine appropriate cleaning/restoration methods
Move and protect furniture and customer belongings
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Document work completed and communicate with customers clearly
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Participate in on-call emergency restoration rotations when needed

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, or related fields preferred but not required
IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
