Audit Manager - Financial Services

Manage client relationships across a variety of clients Lead multiple engagement teams Provide performance feedback to team members at engagement completion Anticipate and address client concerns Resolve problems as they arise Promote new ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies Monitor industry developments and their effects on clients' competitive positions Uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship Act ethically and with integrity Requirements 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience Experience auditing Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech clients Organization, communication, technical, time management, accounting, and auditing skills Ability to work efficiently with clients across multiple engagements and teams Professional interaction with clients, prospects, staff, and colleagues Ability to multitask across concurrent engagement planning, execution, and wrap-up Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on assigned tasks Must be a licensed CPA in the aligned home-office state or able to acquire a reciprocal CPA license for that state Ability to work additional hours as needed Ability to travel to various client sites Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive public accounting external audit experience, particularly in Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech sectors.
