Assists professional nursing staff with the provision of basic adult patient care, including vital signs, hygiene, monitoring, intakes, outputs, and temperatures. Documents care delivered accurately in the electronic health record, performs unit secretary duties as needed, provides clinical and reception support, manages supply procurement, receipt, and storage, and enters orders/tests accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
