Overview Part-time Brand Ambassador responsible for bringing the brand to life in-store and delivering an amazing shopping experience. Represent the company values, engage guests, and build brand loyalty while bringing your authentic self to work. Responsibilities You are a people person who uses the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they need, with a friends-first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product recommendations that fit their needs. Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex across zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom) as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals. Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures. You\'d Be Great For This Role If You enjoy interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.
