Hello SLPs! Looking for a meaningful Speech Language Pathologist role in the school setting? Ampersand Therapy, a teacher and therapist run company, is hiring a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Dearborn, MI area.

Position Overview

• Role: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Dearborn, MI
• Type: In-person ONLY
• Full-time or Part Time
• Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff
• Complete documentation aligned with school timelines
• Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Michigan SLP license (or eligible to apply)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments
