We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow with us, make a difference and be part of something meaningful.JOB SUMMARYThe Lease Administrator is responsible for day-to-day property management functions related to prospective and current residents.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAdministration: Process case management, scheduling, move in calculator, file closure, easing Operations Advisor mid lease changes, lease uploads, screening, HOA and generate all leases for new move ins and current residents.Lease Compliance: The Lease Administrator role involves reviewing and collecting required documentation and fees to help execute application screening and lease agreements.Case Management: Serve as the primary team to resolve general inquiries and/or requests from residents and internal partners.Continuously evaluate and enhance systems and processes:Collaborate with Lease Administration leadership team to maximize, streamline and efficiently improve business practices.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrevious property management experience in either the single family or multi-family rental industryWorking knowledge of MS Word and Excel with the ability to perform basic/moderate formulas in ExcelProficiency in Yardi is required with 3-5 years previous work experience in property management using Yardi and SalesforceStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing, growth environmentFosters teamwork and mutual respect throughout the companyMaintains regular attendance and excellent punctualityInteracts productively in person and through technology with co-workers, team members, management and other company personnel on a daily basis to accomplish duties and responsibilities.Excellent oral and written communication skillsHonest, ethical and able to maintain confidentiality in a business setting when necessary and requiredBilingual in Spanish is a plusStrong teamwork and respect for colleagues.Able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work flexible shifts and hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the businessReal Estate License required for Las Vegas Lease AdministratorWhat you can expect from us:Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions.Comprehensive Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401(k) with company match and more.Generous Time Off – Enjoy PTO based on tenure, 13 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday.Ongoing Learning and Development - Quarterly summits, town hall meetings and continuous training to support your professional growth.A Culture that Celebrates You - We believe in collaboration, recognition and having fun while doing important work.This summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.
