About the Role
Part-time role inside Costco & Lowe’s with hourly pay + bonuses — no sales closing required.
- Part-time (6–24 hrs/week)
- $20/hr + bonuses (top reps earn $25–$40/hr+)

Closet Factory is hiring outgoing, friendly individuals to represent our brand inside Costco and Lowe’s locations .
This is a simple, people-focused role where you engage with shoppers and offer free design consultations for custom closets and home organization systems — no closing required.
You’ll primarily work in retail store environments, with occasional opportunities to represent us at home shows and local events .
What You’ll Do- Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way
- Start conversations about home organization and storage solutions
- Offer free in-home design consultations
- Collect customer information to schedule appointments
- Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and energy
- Occasionally assist at home shows and local events
- Work inside major retail stores (Costco & Lowe’s)
- No cold calling or door-to-door sales
- Flexible, part-time schedule

- Performance bonuses with strong earning potential
- $20/hr base pay + performance bonuses
- Top performers earn $25–$40/hr+
- No cap on bonuses
