About the Role

Part-time role inside Costco & Lowe’s with hourly pay + bonuses — no sales closing required.

• $20/hr + bonuses (top reps earn $25–$40/hr+)

Closet Factory is hiring outgoing, friendly individuals to represent our brand inside  Costco and Lowe’s locations .

This is a simple, people-focused role where you engage with shoppers and offer free design consultations for custom closets and home organization systems — no closing required.

You’ll primarily work in retail store environments, with occasional opportunities to represent us at home shows and local events .

• Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way
• Start conversations about home organization and storage solutions
• Offer free in-home design consultations
• Collect customer information to schedule appointments
• Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and energy
• Occasionally assist at home shows and local events

• Work inside major retail stores (Costco & Lowe’s)
• No cold calling or door-to-door sales

• $20/hr base pay + performance bonuses
