Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist - Maternal Fetal Medicine with at least 1 year of MFM experience and current ARDMS OB/GYN certification.

Details

• Perinatal outpatient clinic setting specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine and High Risk OB
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Must be willing to float to cover the Cary clinic for call-offs as needed
• Uses GE ultrasound equipment
• Epic charting experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Maternal Fetal Medicine experience required
• Current BLS and ARDMS OB/GYN certification required, ARDMS FE preferred
• License required if applicable
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Skilled in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester ultrasounds, fetal anatomical survey, fetal echo, amniotic fluid index, nuchal translucency screening, and multiple pregnancy assessments
• Experience with amniocentesis and ultrasound-guided biopsy/fine needle aspiration preferred
• Proficiency in fetal measurements including bone lengths, abdominal circumference, and cerebellum/ventricle assessment preferred

• Bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions or declinations accepted
