Position Details Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant (Temp Level 2) Job ID: 322293 Location: Rio Salado Community College Full/Part Time: Part Time Regular/Temporary: Temporary Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour Benefits: Not eligible for benefits Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, as needed by the department, not to exceed 19.5 hrs. Job Summary Sun sounds seeks a part‑time Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to volunteers and listeners, as well as administrative support. The position is responsible for calendar scheduling and related tasks, and will also compose correspondence letters, assist with onboarding new volunteers, and ensure program goals are met. Essential Functions 30% Updates and maintains schedules, calendars and related meeting materials. 30% Utilizes Excel spreadsheets for tracking volunteer information, generating correspondence, retrieving information, and updating records for report purposes. 30% Assists in the facilitation of volunteer onboarding and program coordination. 10% Assists staff with mailings and outbound calls. Minimum Qualifications Associate Degree, College Degree or equivalent experience. Two (2) years of experience providing customer service through phone and email. Two (2) years of experience with Word, Excel and CRM systems. Two (2) years of experience maintaining schedules, calendars and related meeting material. Special Working Conditions May be required to sit for a prolonged period of time and view a computer monitor. Posting Close Date Open until filled.
