Senior Staff Accountant

Perks and Opportunities: Significant opportunity for professional growth and advancement Competitive compensation structure Responsibilities include: Manage daily general ledger activity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Support month-end close and preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure financial accuracy across all ledgers. Provide audit support through schedules, documentation, and account analysis. Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations. Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting or Finance 4-6+ year of full cycle accounting experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
