State of Location Virginia Position Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with many children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions and carry skills and home exercises into their child’s daily life. The role supports multi‑disciplinary collaboration and mentorship while allowing autonomy and growth specific to each clinician’s interests and expertise. Responsibilities include: delivering evidence‑based speech and language therapy, collaborating with occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA teams, and supporting families in home‑based interventions. Position Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program. Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.
