Caldarella’s Restaurant Supply is a family-owned business serving the food service industry for generations. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with restaurant equipment and supply purchases
• Prepare quotes and sales orders
• Follow up with customers, vendors, and orders
• Communicate by phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
• Manage multiple projects and customer requests

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft products, ERP systems, or AutoQuotes is a plus
