Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe - Hourly Assistant Manager Needed

Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe has become a beloved destination for food lovers.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
Train and develop team members
Create and implement effective marketing strategies
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Requirements :

High school degree
Availability for day and night shifts, including weekends
Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is Required
