This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical accounting expertise who can step in and lead high-impact reporting efforts.OverviewThe SEC Reporting Manager will oversee the preparation of SEC filings and financial disclosures, working closely with leadership and auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)Draft financial statements and footnote disclosuresEnsure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsCoordinate with auditors and internal stakeholdersSupport technical accounting research and implementationAssist with internal controls and reporting processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA preferred5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accountingStrong knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulationsExperience with financial reporting tools and systemsAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment#GHJSS #LI-LM1We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
