About the Role

Were looking for an experienced, hard-working Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team and work on a variety of commercial and industrial jobs across Montana.
Youll be a vital part of the field team, executing high-quality electrical installations and supporting the success of each project. You will report directly to the Site Foreman and are expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high safety standards, and contribute positively to the crew dynamic.

- Perform electrical installations on commercial and industrial job sites under the direction of the Site Foreman or Lead.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
- Complete tasks with attention to detail, quality, and efficiency.
- Support apprenticedevelopmentby answering questions anddemonstratingproper techniques.
- Ensure all work meets Star Electrics safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and care for tools, materials, and job site cleanliness.
- Coordinate with fellow electricians andforemento ensure smooth workflow.
- Travelasneeded for projects across Montana (overnight travelrequiredat times; typically,homeonweekends).
- Accurately report completed work and track time and materials used.
What Were Looking For
- Proficiencyin commercial/industrial electrical installations.
- Team-player mentality withstrong communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and accountability in all aspects of the job.
- Valid drivers licensewith aclean MVRandreliable transportation.
- Willingnessto travel throughout Montana for assigned jobs.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work on ladders, and perform trade-related tasks.
- Strong commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and professional conduct.
Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experienceonlarge-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Montana Journeyman Electrician License
