We're looking for a seasoned litigator who can bring an existing book of business and continue growing their practice with the support of a collaborative firm. Job Details Responsibilities Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Manage a caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and other negligence claims. Conduct settlement negotiations, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation. Build and maintain strong client and referral relationships. Develop new business opportunities while expanding an existing practice. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the applicable state. 5–10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience. Proven success managing cases independently. Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a book of business or referral network. Ideal Candidate Has an established client base and referral sources. Thrives in a client-focused, entrepreneurial environment. Enjoys mentoring and collaborating with other attorneys.
