We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.What You'll ExpectAs a Lead Security Officer, you'll monitor and coordinate casino security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment. You'll assist in investigations, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and provide guidance to Security Officers during your shift.What You'll DoProvide exceptional customer service to guests and team membersMonitor casino floor activity and coordinate all security operationsAssist with investigations and complete detailed incident reportsEnforce laws, gaming regulations, and company policiesPrevent entry by minors or intoxicated individuals; preserve order on the premisesRespond to emergencies, defuse volatile situations, and ensure proper notificationsAssist in training and evaluating Security OfficersCommunicate effectively with Surveillance and report suspicious activitySafely operate security equipment and vehiclesWhat You'll BringStrong communication, observation, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and in crowded environmentsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs. and assist with detaining disorderly patrons if necessaryAbility to recall events accurately and complete detailed documentationWhat We RequireAbility to obtain and maintain a Gaming licenseMust pass background check and drug screeningWork may involve exposure to weather extremes, loud noise, secondhand smoke, and other environmental factorsFlexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
