We welcome all healthcare professionals to join our thriving community and contribute to our pursuit for clinical excellence.Department:Job Description Summary:Position ResponsibilitiesAssists the Physician Recruitment team with full-life cycle recruitment of physiciansCoordinates and schedules interviews (phone, zoom, in person) with physicians and the Mount Sinai hiring team.Assists with the creation and placement of job postings and advertisements in various career sites and journals.Compiles, edits and disseminates New and Departing physician list to department and other key usersAttends meetings with and follows up on Medical Staff credentialing and Human Resources to determine if the status is clear or pendingInitiates new physician onboarding emails and tracks process in database ensuring all checklists are up to dateCoordinates physician onboarding visits with leadershipProcesses interview reimbursements and check requestsManages physician student loan reimbursement processAssists with maintaining physician contract database ensuring compliance with all contracts, including employed physicians and independent contractorsDemonstrates proficiency in typing documents utilizing Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc and reviews all documents for accuracyMaintains files in an organized mannerMaintains the highest level of confidentiality at all timesProvides customer service support to recruiters, physicians and MSMC departments as requiredAssists Physician Administration team with projects as neededPrepares reports and recommends solutions to minimize barriers and improve the impact of the recruiting group.Prepares reports and summaries of information for use of Management.QualificationsLicense/Registration/CertificationNot applicableEducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferredExperience1+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Healthcare industryBenefits:We believe in the physical and mental well-being of our employees and are committed to offering comprehensive benefits that fit their personal needs:Health benefitsLife insuranceLong-term disability coverageHealthcare spending accountsRetirement planPaid time offPet InsuranceTuition reimbursementEmployee assistance programWellness programOn-site housing for select positions and more!Degree Requirements:Certification: #J-18808-Ljbffr Mount Sinai Medical Center
