UCP Seguin is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Behavior Administrator to lead the development and delivery of behavior services for youth in our Foster Care and Group Home programs. This role provides essential leadership in designing behavior plans, creating interactive training modules, and ensuring compliance with DHS Rule 116, DCFS program standards, and agency policies. The Behavior Administrator will supervise behavior personnel, conduct assessments, and manage a small caseload of youth. Responsibilities include training RBT trainees, overseeing initial assessments for new participants, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and modifying treatment plans to ensure effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary teams, and school personnel to ensure continuity of care and successful outcomes. The role also requires leading crisis response, participating in program evaluations, facilitating staff meetings, and supporting hiring and onboarding behavioral staff.
