The ideal candidate is a strategic accounting professional who can improve financial processes, strengthen reporting, and provide meaningful financial insight that supports operational and business growth.What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & Analysis• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planning
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational efficiencyRevenue & Accounts Receivable• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing
• Monitor revenue recognition and supporting documentation
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and aging reports
• Support sales reporting and profitability analysisAccounting & Operations• Oversee accounts payable processes and purchasing controls
• Manage inventory accounting, reconciliations, and cost accounting activities
• Support production accounting and project accounting initiatives

• Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable management reportingWhat You'll Bring• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with responsibility for month-end close
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and internal controls
• Experience working within an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy and continuous improvementPreferred Qualifications• CPA or CMA certification
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial accounting experience
• Inventory and cost accounting expertise
• Project accounting experience
• ERP implementation or process optimization experience
