Experience in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetics is a plus, but not required.• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information • Welcome and prepare patients for examinations and treatments • Assist providers during examinations and procedures • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up care • Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructions • Maintain exam rooms, medical equipment, and clinical supplies • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office policies • Support general front office and administrative functions as needed
