M/S Registered Nurse Position - Spinal Neuro Trauma

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated M/S Registered Nurse with experience in spinal neuro trauma, including managing surgical patients, individuals with gunshot wounds, quadriplegics, and paraplegics. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with spinal neuro trauma.
• Administer medications and perform routine medical procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care instructions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license with Nursys verification.
• Valid certification card relevant to the nursing specialty.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is required.
• Comprehensive work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Completion of a skills checklist and provision of references.
