Records and Warehouse Technician
Pay: Starting at $14/hour – Paid Weekly Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EG Managed Services is looking for a Records Technician to join our team. This position is with a beloved snacking and cereal company with a strong legacy in Battle Creek, MI. Company Benefits:• Full Time Employees receive a benefits package after 60 days - Medical, Dental, and Vision
• PTO and Holidays eligible after 90 days Position Responsibilities:
• Physically and digitally separate records and archives according to guidelines
• Update data for the assets within the Records and Archives databases to reflect the separation
• Label and transfer assets to WK Kellogg Co Records and Archives space
• Scan materials as needed
• Complete tasks as assigned by manager Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgement calls
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Self-starter and team player
• Ability to perform tasks requiring close attention to detail
• Ability to stand for most of the day & lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally) Next Steps:
