Physical Therapist Florence, SC Specialty: PT Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1950 - $2349 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact on your patients' lives? Our healthcare partner in Florence, SC, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing exceptional care to patients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help restore function and mobility.
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
- Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
- Need 1 year experience in setting
