We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plate Laser, Plasma Cutter, and Tube Laser Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laser cutting experience who is eager to expand their skills through cross-training on multiple types of cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plate laser, plasma cutter, and tube laser machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Load, unload, and inspect raw materials and finished parts.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Complete routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Cross-train on additional equipment and assist in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating laser cutting, plasma cutting, or similar CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes through cross-training.
