Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program or equivalent entry‑level degree required. Current State Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts required to start the assignment. Proof of current CPR certification required. Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required. 1–2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Previous home care experience preferred. Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care, document progress notes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as part of routine duties. Ability to perform physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally when required.
