Job Overview


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Office Based Janitor who is bilingual in English and Spanish . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments in commercial facilities. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
