Marco's Pizza - Shift Leaders This position supervises the entire crew and all work stations in the day-to-day operations of a pizza store on either day or night shifts. Part of your workweek is "Closing the store" (on some nights) and is a requirement after training. It means you do some of the closing work to allow the store to finish for the day. We close at 11pm Sun‑Thu, and 12 midnight, Fri‑Sat. You don't have to have prior fast‑food experience. It's useful, but not necessary. We teach you all our Marco's Pizza system. We are more interested in you as a person and what your potential may be. The Franchisee started as a delivery driver and now is the owner of 13 stores and plans many more in the area. If you come with us and want to own your own franchise one day we will help you. It’s a "win‑win." We are opening our 2nd store in St. Cloud on Tuesday, 15th April! Opportunities are here for you. Responsibilities Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies and making sure the entire crew does too. Product, service, and image fall under the Shift Leader, the cornerstones of Marco's. We are looking for future managers, we are willing to train if you have what it takes. We are opening many stores and are looking at Shift Leaders to become general managers. They are well paid and have various incentives in place.
