This self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented role requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide accurate, detailed inspections reports with proper documentation of improvements and complications. Job Responsibilities Operate independently while performing fire protection inspections. Perform routine inspections and testing of life safety product lines. Communicate daily with the Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator about inspection or project delays, requirements, and status. Coordinate with Project Manager, Schedule Coordinator, and Office Administrative Staff to ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client, confirming work is finished for full billing. Job Qualifications Strong working knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes is desired. NICET Level II or III preferred. Licensed in the State of Nevada for inspections and testing. Knowledge of sprinkler controls, fire pumps, alarm panels, devices, and critical components. Willingness to perform testing and maintenance. Ability to complete documentation as required, with or without reasonable accommodation. Capability to coordinate between inspection deficiencies and required service to correct deficiencies. Proficiency in reading and writing English clearly. Skill to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction), and the general public. Valid driver’s license in accordance with Company policy. Willingness to pass pre‑employment drug screen, reference, and background check. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular bending, reaching, climbing, and walking.
