Job Description

Immediately seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA Caregiver to provide high-quality, in-home support for elderly clients in San Marcos, TX. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and committed to promoting safety, comfort, and overall well-being while adapting to individual client needs and routines.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide mobility support and assist with transfers
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping including laundry and tidying
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in client’s condition
Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

CNA certification preferred or equivalent caregiving experience
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or similar setting
Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and assisting mobility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Must pass background check

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in home care
Patient care and mobility assistance skills
Basic first aid knowledge
Effective communication and time management abilities
Empathy, reliability, and strong observation skills
